A catalog that helps customers choose and inquire
I build WordPress catalogs with product or property pages, specification filters, and inquiries that include the selected item.
The initial estimate is free. A description of your project or a website link is enough to start.
WORK DIRECTLY WITH ME
From your brief to a working website
Your business needs
We first establish what visitors need to learn and do.
Real projects
Company websites, catalogs, and improvements to existing projects.
You stay in control
Access and content editing after handover.
From browsing your range to asking about a specific item
A catalog suits property, equipment, houses, tours, and other products with specifications.
01
Find a suitable option
Categories and filters for important specifications help visitors narrow their choices.
02
Explore the details
An item page brings together images, specifications, configurations, and documents.
03
Inquire about a selected item
I connect the form to the item page so your team knows which product or property the customer is asking about.
Catalog or online store?
Choose based on how customers make decisions and how your team completes the sale.
01
Catalog with inquiries
A good fit when customers need advice, configuration help, or an individual quote. Visitors choose an item and send an inquiry.
02
Online store
A good fit when customers can choose and order independently: cart, customer details, payment, and shipping. Online store development →
A catalog you can manage
We first define the data source and update rules, then choose how to implement them.
01
Item structure
We establish the required specifications, categories, filters, and related content. A few example items are enough for an initial estimate.
02
Content and updates
I set up item editing. Spreadsheet imports, bulk population, and data exchange are estimated according to the volume and quality of the source materials.
03
Tools for your team
Shortlists, user accounts, PDF export, and external integrations can be added to support your workflow. Kivilab is an example of this approach.
How this works in real projects
Property: filters, shareable shortlists, PDF export, and a Google Sheets integration.
Estimate your catalog’s structure and features
There is no single catalog format that fits every business. The initial estimate is free.
01
What affects the cost
Item types, specifications, filters, design, forms, integrations, and source data.
02
What to send
An example product or property, a specification spreadsheet, a few photographs, and a description of the journey from selection to sale.
A clear process from idea to handover
You see the work in progress and understand what is happening at each stage.
01
Scope and estimate
I review your brief and materials. We define the pages, features, content responsibilities, cost, timeline, and acceptance criteria.
02
Development and checks
I share a staging version as the work progresses and check navigation, forms, mobile layouts, and project features. I address issues within the agreed scope; additional work is estimated before it starts.
03
Launch and handover
I hand over access and project materials and show you how to edit the content. You retain ownership of your domain and key accounts. Development and support can continue after launch.
Questions before you start
Do I need a finished design?
I can work from your designs or a template. The starting point depends on the catalog structure and requirements for item pages and filters.
Can we start with a small catalog?
Yes. We define the item types and specifications for the first version and account for planned expansion when designing the structure.
Can you import spreadsheet data?
After reviewing the file structure and data quality, I can estimate the import. Field mapping, images, and recurring updates are separate parts of the task.
Will I be able to add items myself?
Yes. I set up item management and show you which fields to complete and how to publish entries during handover.
Can we add a shopping cart later?
This is possible, but the scope depends on the original structure, product variations, payment, and shipping. If you plan to add checkout, it is best to mention it at the start.
Do you develop integrations?
Yes, after reviewing the API and exchange process. We need to define the data source, update direction, and error handling. Kivilab includes an example of two-way synchronization.
Tell me about your project
Describe the website you need or what you would like to change. I will provide a free initial estimate of the work and cost. A detailed brief is not required.
