The task

Create a manageable property catalog and tools that help the team work with listings and prepare client shortlists.

Starting materials

An existing Elementor template, with separate Figma designs for selected pages.

My role in the project

I developed the WordPress project from the ground up, built the pages in Elementor, and implemented much of the custom logic through ACF. I created the catalog and property pages, user accounts, shareable shortlists, PDF presentation export, and two-way specification synchronization with Google Sheets. I continue the website’s technical development and support after launch.

How the property workflow works

  1. Choose a property

The public catalog, filters, and map help find properties with the required characteristics.

  2. Prepare a client shortlist

A user account lets staff build a shortlist and share it through a dedicated link.

  3. Create presentation materials

Property data is used to prepare PDF presentations.

  4. Connect working data

Two-way synchronization connects property specifications on the website with Google Sheets.

These features were implemented within one project. I continue its technical development and support after launch.

Catalog with filters

Properties are presented as cards with specifications and filters. Alongside the public catalog, the project includes user accounts, shareable shortlists, and PDF presentation export.

Properties on a map

A map complements the listing: location helps visitors assess options alongside their specifications. The actual screenshot shows properties grouped by area.
